Funky Tubular Bells

Mike Oldfield was one of the first artist that I started listening to. I bought nine of his albums, but my favourite and a popular favourite by many people was Tubular Bells. Tubular Bells 2 was a very good album, I liked the variations on the main riff, and a masterpiece on the production of this album.

Recently I recorded my own version of Tubular Bells, it is more in the flavour of a funky version I heard a few years back, but cannot remember the band who recorded it; I also seen it on a re-run of Top-Of-The-Pops!

You can listen to the track on the media player on the left sidebar, or download the track for you mp3/ipod player.
